A mod is a modification made to a game using programming code. Modder BIlly Rand has taken some liberties with his coding skills to create a mod that allows “Sims 4” users to add teen pregnancy incest and polygamy (click here to check out the mod). Most modifications, or 'mods,' for “The Sims” are character creation, object or landscape related, but every so often a modder will create something to manipulate their Sims’ behaviors.
